How do I get started with my remodel?

What will our project cost?
Every step in our process is designed to help our clients move through the remodeling process with as much control and understanding as possible. Surprise costs are rarely appreciated so we do everything we can to eliminate them.
Beginning a project with KDC includes an in-depth conversation during your showroom appointment about the scope of work, the problems you are hoping to solve, and what budget you may have already established. We will provide design and working drawings for the purposes of finalizing a budget and contract to remodel the proposed project.
KDC will also provide color and material selection services to help coordinate the materials used for cabinets, counters, walls and flooring. Upon completion of the preliminary plans a proposed cost budget will be drafted. This will be refined with the homeowner and the design to reach an acceptable job budget.

How long will my remodel take?
While we would love for this to be a standard answer, the reality is that it varies by project type, materials, and depth of project. It could be as quick as 3 weeks (once materials are delivered) or 8 weeks. We will always do our best to complete your project as quickly as we can, without compromising the quality of our work.
What are the differences between Indoor and Outdoor kitchens?
While this may seem like a no-brainer however, there are big (and small) differences in products needed for each type of kitchen. For example - Indoor kitchen cabinets are typically made from wood with a painted or stained surface. Outdoor kitchens need to be able to withstand the elements, especially here in Florida, and need to be 100% waterproof.
Do you offer warranties?
We offer a two year warranty on our craftsmanship. All products we sell have a manufacturer issued warranty. This can range from 1 year to lifetime, depending on the manufacturer.
